Carnival lesson

Sometimes I am simply not inspired when it's time to prepare my English classes for (tiny) children.

But oh what a thrill when I realised i couldn't not join in to the Carnival (oh what) fun and celebrations :), making it possible for me to turn to a good ol' classic: paper plate masks! Animal paper plate masks of course! 

It's a pity I didn't take my camera to school, because the 3 girls and 4 boys who came went out as lions (2), cats (3), a dog and a dolphin, which was cute!

Quand je suis à cours d'inspiration pour mes cours d'anglais, en particulier ceux destinés aux tout-petits, je remercie les fêtes et les dates spéciales - genre carnaval en ce moment! J'ai donc pu avoir recours à un truc indémodable: les bons vieux masques découpés dans des assiettes en papier. J'y dessine des têtes d'animaux et celles-ci sont colorées par les petiots, dont je n'ai malheureusement pas de photo! A la fin, j'ai fais cours à 2 lions, 3 chats, un dauphin et un chien!

A volte non sono proprio ispirata per la preparazione delle mie lezioni d'inglese, specialmente quelle per i bambini piccolissime. Ed è in quelle occasioni che ringrazio le festività o date importanti - tipo il carnevale in questo periodo. Mi permette di usare questa mia attività intramontable: le maschere di animali ritagliate nei piatti di carta. Bello fare lezione a leoni, cani, gatti e delfini!

Voici comme exemple le seul masque que j'ai gardé, le mien, un éléphant inachevé - mon préféré, ça tombe bien!

L'unica maschera rimasta è proprio la mia, l'elefante che non sono riuscita a finire - comunque la più ben riuscita, et toc!
